this is the prettier twin photoblog to Kuala Lumpur Daily Photo. here's the place where I show you pictures from wherever I was and share a couple of words while I'm at it. before you proceed, go make yourself a beverage and enjoy the moment. I prefer a full fat latté. none of that skimmed-milk nonsense, thanks.

Good morning, Ed. Refreshed? It's up to 33ºC outside today, not that I'm going outside, way too busy inside. Hear the hum, smell the smoke of this overworked imagination?
What a powerfully symbolic photo, beautifully symbiotic with what you write.
Technically, I'm wondering how you shot it. How fast? 2000th?
It also reminds me of my clown gmail avatar, but not yours.
You just keep on brightly burning & learning, but not out!
Now, where's our partner, emily lin? I miss her...Ahem.
Haha. Icarus, you've made me bursting out laughing again. I'm glad to be you guys' partner, well. My pleasure:D
And Icarus, you copy cat :p *Ahem*
Is it really a tungsten? It looks like a lantern hanging somewhere in the dark. The bulb inside it just "dancing around" and can't wait to escape from the tungsten.
I have been trying to shot a blurry-free photo, but it seems like forever to get one. T.T
Hah...I figured the lit filament was giving out some cryptic clue, some alphabets...I watch too many movies ;o)
BTW, Edwin, if you were planning to sell out your D70s and buy a D80 instead, please do let me know :p :p
Very poignant, very , errrr, deep...and a lovely twist at the end!
deep, indeed! very U!
Oh Emily, I'm afraid I won't be selling my D70s anytime soon. If anything, I'd like to get a second camera, a D200. Ahem
Hello Kris and Sally!
I'm having such a ridiculous time on this project i'm on. I'm close to screaming at somebody. Nearly did it yesterday but held my tongue.
Stew, please send me more pictures and words of wisdom to cheer me up. Tungsten about to blow!
WMW, watching too many movies is a good thing. have you watched FUR? A ficticious story about the life of photographer Diane Arbus. Go ask your local pirate :)
Emily, blurry photos are good too.
I think I have just the remedy, as it has made such a difference to me this week....Hold on, sunshine!
sir...
